We have posted some questions that you might think of when placing an order with us!
how long will my order take to arrive?
Lemonade will process your order within 24 hours of you placing this on the site. Your order will be packed and posted to the address you supply us with so please make sure you've input this correctly. Orders will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail which means once in the postman's hands, we are unable to track this. Please note that 1st Class may still take up to 5 working days to arrive.
do i need batteries for my nightlight?
The answer is yes! We do not supply batteries with these items so if you are buying as a gift you may want to pick some up. The type of battery required is marked on the packaging.
Something i want to purchase is out of stock?
When an item goes out of stock we will do our best to indicate when we expect to replenish this item, or if in fact we will no longer stock this item.
Can i cancel/amend my order?
If you place an order and change your mind, or need to adjust your order, no problem! Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will amend as necessary, AS LONG as we haven't already posted this!
do you offer gift wrapping?
If you would like us to add a note to your order send us an email with your wording and we will add this into your order.
As soon as possible, Lemonade will offer a gift wrap service so that your gift is delivered fit for a party so watch this space!

We have worked super hard to source amazing products for children and their grown-ups and are always looking for new inspiration, however, if there is something you want to see on the virtual shelves of Lemonade, drop us an email and we will work to make it happen.
